Your Big Ideas
We asked everyone to come up with some Big Ideas – and you didn’t disappoint. From shaping our stance on sustainability to the structure of our degrees, more than 700 ideas were submitted by 4,000 staff, students, alumni and schools.

Prominent among the numerous innovative and creative concepts was one consistent theme – ‘how we do things’, and in particular our University’s culture and values. This is reflected throughout the strategic plan, in particular in the Our people, our values theme.
