Mindset Self-Coaching
Mindset is a self-coaching tool to improve self awareness and enable personal development, offering a range of modules on various topics. When you sign up you complete a questionnaire, which leads to a set of personalised resources based on your responses. To get access to Mindset, please email StaffLD@manchester.ac.uk and specify if there are any specific modules you would like to access.
Support groups on Yammer
A range of support groups are set up on Yammer, including support for carers, new parents, role related support groups which can be a really good way to connect with others in similar situations. Instructions to sign up for Yammer.
