Programme delivery

Leading at Manchester is facilitated using a blended approach combining self-directed online learning with facilitated virtual workshops. Launch and Impact events are in person. 

Microsoft Teams collaborative space

There will be a Teams space dedicated to each programme cohort which will be the hub for resources and collaboration.

This will support participants to keep track of events and activities, participate in online discussions and share knowledge and thoughts with peers between sessions.

Facilitated virtual workshops

The virtual, facilitated programme modules are delivered virtually by the Organisational Development Team and external leadership experts. Each virtual module is delivered across the day as a series of short sessions, interspersed with smaller group work, individual work and breaks for an effective learning environment.
