The Leadership Framework Self-Assessment Tool

This is a 180 degree assessment tool (i.e. you and your line manager complete it) which will give you a summary of your and your line manager’s views about your current strengths and development areas against the Framework’s nine Leadership Qualities.  The assessment tool provides a link to our online development resources for each of the nine Qualities.
