Celebrate National Vegetarian Week with FoodOnCampus!

To celebrate National Vegetarian Week, FoodOnCampus are serving a range of delicious three-course vegetarian menus at Mumford Restaurant, Staff House, Sackville Street from Monday, 20 to Friday, 24 May (11.45am – 2pm).
The following menus will be available during the week:
Menu 1
- Starter: Spring garden tart with rocket and herb oil
- Main course: Wild mushroom and vegetarian parmesan* risotto with griddled baby gem
- Dessert: Individual summer pudding with lemon and lime syrup
* Please note this will be a vegetarian alternative to traditional parmesan.
Menu 2
- Starter: Field mushrooms stuffed with stilton and walnuts on crisp leaves
- Main course: Spring vegetable frittata with focaccia garlic and olive bread
- Dessert: Homemade honey and basil crème brûlée
Menu 3
- Starter: Sage marinated buffalo mozzarella salad
- Main course: Thai green vegetable curry with coconut rice
- Dessert: Peppered pineapple fritters and clotted cream
Cost
- One course £5.50
- Two courses £6.75 (includes tea or coffee)
- Three courses for £7.25 (includes tea or coffee)
