The Staff Survey 2013 closes today - Friday 19 April. If you’ve not completed your questionnaire yet,you will have been sent a reminder from Capita on Monday with a link to your survey and your own unique password which you will need to be able to complete the survey. Your reminder came from:

If you're completing a paper version of the survey, then please make sure it goes in the post today - Capita will accept paper copies for a couple of day beyond 19 April to allow for postal.
