Egencia Overviews for staff who travel for business purposes
22 Apr 2013
Information sessions on Wednesday, 17 April (2.30-4pm ) in the Arthur Lewis Building and Wednesday, 24 April (12pm – 1pm) in University Place.
Egencia, the University’s preferred supplier for advance travel bookings, was selected partly for its ability to help with the calculation of business travel carbon emissions.
As there have been many queries and comments about the system from staff, Pam Eaton (pamela.eaton@manchester.ac.uk) has been seconded to work with the University to embed the system and work through any queries.
Pam has arranged two ‘Egencia Overview’ sessions for members of staff who travel for business purposes (whether they book it themselves or not):
- Wednesday, 17 April (2.30-4pm) in the Boardroom (2.016/017), Arthur Lewis Building
- Wednesday, 24 April (12–1pm) in Room 3.210, University Place
You can find out exactly what Egencia can do and how it works, and have a chance to ask questions.
There's no need to book - just come along.
