Wake up your wardrobe for charity at the Rutherford Swish

The twice yearly clothes swap is happening next on Thursday, 11 April (12.30-1.30pm) in the Rutherford Room, Rutherford Building.

For those of you who haven’t swished with us before, the idea is that we all bring in nice, clean, presentable clothes that are lurking unloved in our wardrobes, and other girls fall in love with them and give them a good home.

You can bring and take as many things as you like. If you haven’t got any clothes to bring, there's an ‘entrance fee’ of £2. As it’s for two really worthy charities, we also ask everyone who brings clothes to make a donation (£2 is suggested).

The money is split equally between the two charities to which we donate leftover clothes:

• Wood Street Mission
  or
• Cornerstone (the local homeless charity)

It would be great to see you there – please tell all of your friends and colleagues – everyone is welcome.
