Pre-summer ‘Be Active’ courses are now available to book online. Exercising just once a week can greatly improve your overall wellbeing and alleviate work-related stress. The eight-week courses cover a range of different activities from high impact Cardio Blast and strength building Kettlebells to relaxing yoga.
