National Student Money Week: 11-15 February

The University and the Students’ Union are hosting a series of events across campus focusing on student-related finance issues.
Events will include:
- Drop-in sessions where students can speak to the University’s money adviser, Katie Urnevitch, ask questions about money matters and pick up a free gift;
- Budgeting workshops which will offer advice to students on managing their finances on a student income;
- A clothes swap where old unwanted items can be traded for something new, or students can enter the Supermarket Challenge to try and win items of food shopping by guessing how much it all costs;
- Competitions throughout the week offering the chance of winning iTunes and other gift vouchers;
- Online activities for students who can’t make it to an event.
