Places available on this year's MOSAIC programme

MOSAIC is an innovative personal and career development programme for men and women working together in higher education.

Uniquely designed to enable individuals to develop themselves and explore diversity together within a mixed gender programme, the MOSAIC Programme is divided into five workshops run over a three month period:

  • The first module allows participants to explore who they are and how they have arrived where they are today. 
  • Module two helps participants to reflect on their current lives and consider how they deal with such things as work/life balance.
  • Module three looks at communication, interpersonal skills, assertiveness, how personality affects the way people deal with conflict and working with others.
  • Module four looks at career planning and how to use your influence to get what you want out of life, while the final module is all about taking ideas back to the workplace and translating them into real actions.

Feedback from the first programme has been extremely positive: participants gained a great deal while having fun at the same time!
