Change Management and Process Improvement web site launches

Introducing a new resource to support the provision of high quality services across the University.
The Change Management and Process Improvement team have recently launched their new web site at:
CMPI aims to support colleagues across the University in providing high quality services, whilst reducing frustrations and improving job satisfaction for staff.
CMPI works with teams across the University to help you make your processes more effective, efficient and more ‘customer’ focused.
Using the Manchester Improve methodology, they facilitate improvement activities and help to generate a culture of continuous improvement.
The web site provides:
- Information about the team's products and process improvement services,
- Examples of their work and some helpful case studies;
- Biographies of team members;
- A 'Contact us' form, so that you can get in touch with team memebers to discuss accessing their services or to ask for advice or guidance on dealing with process issues.
Watch out for dates of training courses on approaches to process improvement, which will be launched in 2013 as part of the STDU programme for staff.
