Big Saturday: Winter Festival

Free drop-in events for all ages on Saturday 8 December (11am-4pm) at The Manchester Museum.

Manchester Museum Youth Board presents: A gift for all the family. Deck the Museum with handmade festive decorations and discover more about different winter festivals around the world.

Help to decorate the Museum’s Christmas tree, get crafty and make origami trees, and festive cards inspired by the Herbarium’s Victorian card collection. Get up close to some objects from the Museum’s collections and with the help of the RSPB, find out how birds survive the winter.
