Low water pressure across campus

A burst water main on Upper Brook Street is causing problems with water pressure in some buildings.

United Utilities is working on this problem.   

Water supplies should hopefully be back to normal today, however there may still be some issues in some buildings, as the water tanks are not refilling as quickly as they should. This may lead to some problems in buildings which are heavily used.

The Directorate of Estates and Facilities is working to resolve these issues, but if you have a particular problem with water supply in your building, contact the Estates Helpdesk on 52424.
