Summer wild food forage with Jesper Launder, in association with Cracking Good Food. Summertime lends itself to outdoor activities and whether rain or shine, conditions for finding tasty edible wild foods are bound to be good. The first nuts and berries appear in summer, edible flowers and greens can still be found, and with a bit of luck (and rain) delicious wild mushrooms may come out in time for us to find.
