Women in IT event 2012

The annual Women in IT will be taking place on 10th July, providing an opportunity to network with colleagues from varying IT career backgrounds, as well as those with IT interests and aspirations.

The event is open to all staff and postgraduates at the University and features talks from several speakers who are interested in raising awareness of the many roles in IT for women.

This year we have a guest speaking from Microsoft about their career, along with a presentation from the WiSET (Women in Science, Engineering and Technology) group which was formed within the EPS Faculty.  The event will conclude with a social buffet lunch.

This year's event will take place on 10 July from 11.30am to 1.30pm and will be held in Alan Turing G107. Register your place online.
