Geoff Ryman reads from works shortlisted for major sci-fi awards

Wednesday 9 May (5-6pm) in the Main Arts Lecture Theatre, Samuel Alexander Building.
Geoff Ryman's novelette What We Found has been shortlisted for both the Hugo and Nebula Awards, and his new short story collection Paradise Tales has also been shortlisted for the Lambda Award.
Replacing a final, cancelled speaker in the Science Fiction series, he will be giving a reading from the nominated pieces and from the new edition of his multi-award winning novel The Child Garden.
