Introducing IT Know-How

This week sees the publication of the first in a series of tips to help you get the most out of IT Services.
The new 'IT Know-How' tips will appear twice a month on StaffNet News and eUpdate and, where possible, will be timed to correspond with key events of the academic year.
Each 'IT Know-How' tip will provide you with advice on a particular computer- or IT-related topic and links to relevant articles within the Knowledge Base, creating a quick route to a range of information on each topic.
The very first 'IT Know-How' tip appears below and further new tips will be published at two-weekly intervals.
