6 March 2012 (9.30am-4.30pm) at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust.
- Do you question why public engagement matters or consider the value of public involvement in research?
- Are you concerned about patient recruitment and retention in research studies?
Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust is hosting an event for researchers who want to develop better public relationships and improve recruitment into research studies.
This full-day event looks at how clinicians and researchers can build effective relationships with members of the public by understanding clinical research from a patient perspective, and making use of the knowledge, experience and expertise the public can bring to research.
You will have the opportunity to network with other researchers and discuss experiences as well as take part in proactive workshops on various public engagement and involvement techniques.
Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your research through better patient and public relationships.
