The research environment is increasingly diverse, mobile and global. As Principal Investigators and supervisors, you are expected to develop and lead a successful research team in this global environment.
This one-day participative workshop will explore practical strategies to deal with challenges in managing researchers from diverse backgrounds. A panel of experienced academics will provide an insight into successfully managing international research teams. You will also be given the opportunity to share experiences and issues with peers from across the North West.
