Kiddivouchers, Cyclescheme and MyView roadshows – October 2011
21 Oct 2011
The Directorate of HR are pleased to be able to promote two of our fantastic salary exchange benefits and the MyView employee self service system at roadshows at various locations across the University this month.
NOTE: The roadshow on Friday 28 October announced in Staff Update has been brought forward to Wednesday 26 October.
Kiddivouchers
Kiddivouchers have recently launched this month as our new childcare voucher provider. If you are interested in registering for childcare vouchers, or are an existing user, this will give you the opportunity to discuss with a Kiddivouchers adviser the benefits and cost savings which average £900 per year.
Cycle to work
One of our other popular benefits is the Cycle to Work scheme. Steve Griffin from HR will be able to discuss the scheme and the benefits of buying a bicycle through our partner Cyclescheme. Ken Fosters Cycle Logic who currently provide a 10% discount on bicycle accessories to University staff will also be joining us at all the events to promote their range.
MyView
MyView is new employee self service system. This allows all employees to view their own personal details as held on the Human Resources system. It also allows you to update your personal information such as your home address and phone numbers and emergency contacts - without having to fill out forms or contact your local HR Team. Lisa Boylin from Payroll will be able to advise and demonstrate how to set up an account and amend details and view your payslip.
