Information about orders for Adobe or Microsoft Select software

Due to financial year-end processes, orders for Adobe or Microsoft Select software placed on the University's Electronic Software Distribution system (ESD) after 5pm on 1 July 2011 will be recharged to account codes in the 2011/12 financial year.

Orders placed prior to this will be recharged to account codes in the current 2010/11 financial year.

As part of routine housekeeping, just after this deadline we plan to remove all project account codes currently registered on the system.  To pay for software via ESD using a project code you will need to register the code, including the task code, using the account management tab. Please allow two business days for the code to be checked and approved before you plan to use it.  You may continue to order and download software from the ESD system throughout the whole of July without interruption: the deadline only affects when the charge will reach your account.
