Volunteering in Borneo with Raleigh International
31 May 2011
Andrew Wilson from the MBS eLearning team will be taking a three month unpaid sabbatical in September to go and work with Raleigh International in Borneo.
Raleigh is a registered charity which operates in remote parts of the world helping local communities develop the basic living standards we take for granted.
Andrew’s role will be as a logistics co-ordinator helping on projects such as installing sanitary facilities and building kindergartens.
To help fund Raleigh’s projects Andrew is hoping to raise £2000, which goes directly to supporting the projects. Andrew is funding his flights and equipment himself.
If you feel you could help Andrew raise his target he would be very grateful for your support, no matter how big or small.
