AUA Branch Event: Manchester and the AUA - Past, Present & Future

Calling all AUA members!
We will be holding a lunchtime branch event on Tuesday 3 May from 12.30 to 1.30pm in Simon 2 and I really hope you can join us for a great opportunity for networking.
Carol Hughes (AUA North West Regional Coordinator) and Laura Ashcroft ( Membership Support Officer) will look at the key role that Manchester University played in the formation of the professional association in the early 60s, recap what AUA has to offer staff today and highlight opportunities for personal and professional development, national and regional conferences, overseas study visits, international exchanges and networking opportunities.
We will also be looking for volunteers to get more involved in developing The University of Manchester branch, as I will be stepping down as Network Coordinator due to pressure of work.
