A Vitae NW Hub workshop
A bespoke workshop is taking place to help principal investigators and supervisors to develop practical ways of helping them manage researchers.
Topics covered will include:
- Developing critical thinking
- Developing good writing styles
- Dealing with difference
- Empowering early career researchers to help themselves and each other
- Building your team
- Motivating your researchers to perform
The session will take place on 12 May between 10am and 4pm, in Preston.
You will be given the opportunity to examine and share experiences and issues with peers from across the North West. This workshop will help you to support your researchers to realise their full potential.
