Help raise funds for the Manchester Ukrainian Community Centre

The University’s Head of Alumni Relations, Annette Babchuck, is helping to raise money to rebuild the Manchester Ukrainian Community Centre hall in Cheetham.

The hall was devastated by a fire back in 2005 and the rebuilding programme is now underway. To help fund the work a Grand Prize Draw is being held with some fantastic prizes on offer, including a new supermini car, a 50 inch plasma TV and £500 worth of holiday vouchers.

Tickets are available for either £1 each or £5 for a book of five. The Prize Draw will take place on Saturday 7 May 2011 at the centre.
