Managing in the Round: 360° Feedback and Middle Manager Development

Applications invited for new cohort starting 12 April 2011

STDU is pleased to announce that we will be taking applications for cohort 18 from Thursday 30 March.

Managing in the Round is an integrated management development programme aimed at 'middle managers' - likely to be working in administrative grades, and academic equivalents, at levels 5/6 to 7/8. In other words, it is aimed at those operating above 'first line supervisor/manager' level with major defined operational and staff responsibilities.

The programme consists of five half-day sessions, starting 12 April and ending 4 October, and you must be available for all dates. The full list of dates is available online, together with a full course description and the MITR application form.
