New technology awareness workshop
08 Mar 2011
On Tuesday 22 March (12-2pm) in Flexible teaching space, Room 4.2, Roscoe Building
Are you wary of new technologies and unsure of whether they can actually help you in your day to day work? If you are a member of administration or support staff, IT Services and the Library want to show you that there are real benefits.
Come to a technology workshop, to learn how iPads and note-taking software will save you time and make your job easier. You will be given an informal, non-technical demonstration of some of the basic features and you will be able to get hands-on, to try the new solutions for yourself.
The IT teams across the University want to know which new technologies would be of most use to you on a day-to-day basis. This workshop gives you the opportunity to advise IT staff and influence which technologies we invest in for the future.
