Archbishops give Uni lecture

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, Drs Rowan Williams and John Sentamu are to deliver a lecture at The University of Manchester today ( March 1).
There are no tickets left for the packed event, organised by the University’s School of Arts, Histories and cultures, taking place at the University’s prestigious Whitworth Hall at 6PM.
The Archbishop of Canterbury’s address will focus on the church’s role in developing citizenship in the context of contemporary pressures in the world today followed by a response from the Archbishop of York, Dr. John Sentamu.
