Printing Press Demonstrations

Graham Moss, founder of the Incline Press in Oldham, returns to the Library to lead a series of printing press demonstrations. Take this opportunity to learn about the history of printing, to see the Library’s historic presses in action and to have a go yourself!

The Freedom of Information Act has implications for researchers from two aspects. It is a tool that can be employed for obtaining information and it is also something that they themselves may have to comply with as creators of information. With this in mind the Research Information Network are holding one of three regional workshops at the University of Manchester.
