First meeting of CiS Manchester: The Manchester Science and Philosophy Group on 2 March
The first meeting of "CiS Manchester: The Manchester Science and Philosophy Group" will take place on 2 March 2011 at 6pm in Cafe Muse (250 Oxford Road).
An opportunity to discuss some of the interesting questions surrounding science and faith, the first meeting will address the question "Can a Scientist Believe in God?". David Watts (Professor of Biomaterials Science) and Peter Budd (Professor of Polymer Chemistry) will give their perspectives, followed by a time of questions and discussion over coffee.
All are welcome and entry is free.
