Special meeting of Disabled Staff Network
01 Feb 2011
On Thursday 17 February in Room 5.204, University Place
What does a FREE LUNCH have to do with the University’s DISABLED STAFF?
More than you might think!
On Thursday 17 February 2011 there will be a special meeting of the Disabled Staff Network (DSN) of The University of Manchester. This will be held 1pm–2.30pm in Room 5.204 on the 5th Floor of University Place (building number 37 on the campus map).
David Ruebain, Chief Executive of the Equality Challenge Unit, will be our guest speaker. He will talk to us about the recent review of the support for disabled staff at our University, and the changes being made by the Government to the support provided for disabled employees.
If you are disabled this affects YOU so come and have a chat and learn more whilst enjoying that FREE LUNCH!
Places are limited so please RSVP as soon as possible with any special dietary requirements so that we are able to book catering. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries, require more information or wish to join the DSN.
