A briefing note has been prepared relating to world university ranking tables, including discussion of their significance, their relative strengths and weaknesses and the methodological debates relating to their production and use.
This note is for information only, but actions to improve our standing in terms of the more robust ranking tables will be embedded in the University’s research strategy.
