Health Rocks display and wellbeing trail at The Manchester Museum

Scientists believe doing five simple things a day can protect our mental wellbeing, just like eating five fruit and veg a day can protect our physical wellbeing. Our Health Rocks display and wellbeing trail shows how the Museum and its collection could contribute to your five a day. The display features handmade books featuring artworks made by participants of the Health Rocks project alongside Museum objects. The project is a collaboration between the Museum and Start (award-winning NHS arts-based mental health service).
