Training sessions on cyber-bullying and dignity at work

Two events to mark Anti-Bullying Week and the November Diversity Calendar theme
As part of Anti Bullying Week (15–19 November) and November’s Diversity Calendar theme of Dignity at Work, we are delighted to announce two training sessions:
Dignity at Work & Study
Tuesday 16 November, 2pm–3pm
5.207 University Place
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about:
- The University Dignity at Work and Study Policy;
- The informal and formal procedures under the policy;
- The options available if you feel you are being bullied or harassed;
- The role of Harassment Advisors;
- The Mediation Process;
- Your responsibilities under the policy.
Cyber Bullying’
Wednesday 17 November at 12.30pm (lasting around 45 minutes)
G021 Pariser Building
This will cover topics including:
- What is cyber-bullying?
- Who it affects;
- How to spot signs;
- How not to ‘cyber-bully’.
