South Manchester parkrun one-year anniversary!

Celebrate in Platt Fields Park on 20 November
Come and join us for a free walk/jog or a run on Saturday 20 November 2011 to celebrate our one-year anniversary. The event welcomes everyone, it’s a chance to meet new people and get fit at the same time and it’s FREE.
To help celebrate our one-year anniversary, Source Cafe will be giving away a free coffee to all participants!
The South Manchester parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am. The 5k course takes you around Platt Fields Park and your run will be timed so you can aim to improve your time week on week.
