Wanted: Mystery visitors to assess STARS' customer service

Want to improve the student and staff experience whilst earning extra cash in your lunch hour?

Here’s your opportunity to get paid to use The University of Manchester services and facilities.

The Directorate of Sport Trading and Residential Services (STARS) are committed to reviewing their levels of customer service across the three campuses and so are seeking individuals to rate and evaluate their service.

The work of the mystery shoppers will highlight areas within STARS that may need to be developed or improved, to ensure that STARS deliver the best possible service.

Become one of STARS secret visitors and your job is simple. There is no experience necessary - we are looking for observant people who enjoy giving feedback and assessing with a good memory and eye for detail.
