Student Guidance Service: New name for Academic Advisory Service

Independent advice on matters relating to academic progress
Following a number of developments during the last year, the Academic Advisory Service has taken the decision to change its name to the Student Guidance Service.
The Student Guidance Service continues to perform the role of delivering information and advice for students on any matter relating to their academic progress in an independent and confidential setting. In addition, the Service provides specific support to students applying and entering University from a background of state care, as well as providing information and advice to student parents.
We have updated our posters and flyers; if you work in an area where promotional material is accessed by students, please contact us or call in to the Service. Updated contact details are below:
