The IIPT course is a new skill-based psychotherapy course designed to help clinicians with patients who struggle with depression in the face of universal life events of loss, change or conflict. IPT is a powerfully effective short-term treatment for depression across the life span. It provides pragmatic guidelines to structure and guide the therapeutic process. IPT is supported by research that has established its efficacy and inclusion in international consensus depression treatment guidelines.
The format of the course features interactive didactic and case-based presentations by faculty and attendees in which principles are applied to practice.
Participant Fee: £250
