The new timetable of Health and Fitness classes can be viewed online at:

You will be able to book enrolment courses for the Wellbeing Room or Sackville street building online from 1 September 2010.

ZUMBAFEST charity dance/fitness workout takes place on Saturday 25 September 2010 from 10.30am-12.30pm at the Armitage Centre, Fallowfield.
Tickets are £4 and all proceeds go to Francis House Children’s Hospice. Tickets are available from:
