Search the procurement database for University contracts and suppliers
Buying goods or services? You can find an up-to-date list of contracts and suppliers available to the University online at:
Just type in the name of the product you are looking for, using generic terms where possible (for example, for pens search for 'stationery', for mops try 'janitorial', etc).
There are several types of agreement available:
- Contracted Suppliers: These contracts have been formally tendered on behalf of The University of Manchester, by the Procurement Office. CuPID also displays appropriate tendered regional and national contracts, approved by the Procurement Office as preferred suppliers for specific commodity areas.
- Negotiated Agreements: Negotiated agreements are informal but do provide preferential pricing and services. They have been agreed by either the Procurement Office or by the North West Universities Purchasing Consortium.
- Non-Contracted Low Value Suppliers: These are suppliers that do not have a formal contract but are listed for information purposes.
