Want to add interest to your website, document or presentation? For direct access to over 6,000 images of people, places and events at The University of Manchester, simply click on:
The images have been optimised for use across University branded websites or to illustrate documents and presentations.
You will find full instructions for downloading images on the website. You can obtain high-resolution images for printed publications by completing an online image request form.
Please note that there are some limitations on how the images may be used:
- The University of Manchester and the individual photographers retain the copyright of the images.
- The images are to be used only on University branded material.
- The images in the following categories can be used only to illustrate Undergraduate Recruitment, Admissions and Widening Participation events: Widening Participation /
Summer School / Open Days / Campus Tours. - Images can be cropped to size but should not be doctored in such a way which alters the meaning or presents the image out of context.
- Images cannot be passed onto a third party or added to another image library.
