EPSRC Knowledge Transfer Account: 5th Call for Applications

Final call for the current academic year - 16 July 2010
EPSRC awarded £8.3m to The University of Manchester in October 2009 for a Knowledge Transfer Account (KTA) to run over a period of three years. The Manchester KTA offers a comprehensive portfolio of flexible support mechanisms designed for EPSRC researchers to overcome barriers as they arise in all of the possible routes to exploitation and application of their EPSRC research base.
The University’s KTA Operations Board issued four calls during the current academic year and is pleased to announce the 5th call for proposals for funding under the following mechanisms:
- Exploitation Secondment Scheme
- Exploration Secondment Scheme
- Concept and Feasibility Study Scheme
The closing date for applications to this next call is 16 July 2010 at 12pm (noon). This will be the last call in the first year of the KTA. Further calls for the next academic year are to be announced in due course.
