Zurich Municipal selected as new University provider

Zurich Municipal (ZM) have been selected as the University's provider for Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Products' Liability insurance with effect from 1 June 2010, in succession to Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA).

ZM are providing equivalent insurance cover, but with increased indemnity limits of £50 million for Employers' Liability cover (previously £25 million) and £30 million for Public and Products' Liability cover (previously £15 million).

The change has been made following a competitive tender exercise, and has resulted in a reduction in insurance premium as well as the increase in indemnity limits.
