Laser Processing Workshop for North West SMEs

The Laser Processing Research Centre here at The University of Manchester, in partnership with the University of Liverpool, is holding a two-day workshop aimed at providing companies with an 'Introduction to Laser Processing'.
The event will introduce Laser Processing and give the economic case and benefits of its use to business. Presentations will also be given by representatives from large and small companies in the region who are currently using the technology. There will be the opportunity for companies to discuss their specific issues with staff on the day and, where appropriate, there is the possibility for free consultancy support following the event.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided and the event is free to attend as it is funded through the European Regional Development Fund however booking is required.
