SPORT offers a package of classes, courses and activities
SPORT at The University of Manchester has designed a programme of classes, courses and activities to keep you fit in 2010.
- Over 80 classes across campus every week – pick up a copy of the FITNESS Manchester guide (PDF, 439.96KB) to find out more!
- Wellbeing Week on 22-26 March to raise awareness of how staff can manage their own wellbeing through exercise, developing emotional skills, relaxation and diet and the opportunities and services available to support wellbeing within and outside the University.
- South Manchester 5km parkrun every Saturday - download a poster (PDF, 940.67KB) for display.
