Work-based learning programme for professional managers and administrators

Dear Colleagues

Please find below details of the Association of University Administrators' (AUA) Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice.

I have recently spoken with Brenda Dakers, who manages the programme, and agreed that I would make you all aware of the forthcoming presentation of the award.

You are reminded that 50% part funding of fees for the Certificate is available through STDU’s Further/Higher Education support scheme – see:

AUA Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice (Higher Education Administration and Management) (OUVA)

The Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice is a key vehicle for realising AUA’s mission to promote excellence in higher education administration and management.

Designed as a self-managed, supported, work-based learning programme, it provides the opportunity to develop and enhance knowledge and understanding of the higher education sector, and to develop and enhance skills as a reflective practitioner. 

The programme is designed for professional managers and administrators across the spectrum of UK higher education.

AUA is committed to enabling as many people as possible to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Postgraduate Certificate, so please contact AUA if you would like further information on how to apply:
