Free Chinese Crafts taster sessions at Confucius Institute

Tuition in paper folding, paper cutting and knot making
The Confucius Institute is offering three free Chinese Crafts taster sessions to all staff and students at The University of Manchester. During each session, you will learn to make one or two things yourself under the supervision of our experienced tutors.
All sessions run from 12.30 to 1.20pm and materials are provided.
- Wednesday 18 November: Chinese paper folding (similar to Origami)
- Wednesday 25 November: Chinese paper cutting (ideal for window dressing)
- Wednesday 2 December: Knot making (to decorate your Christmas tree!)
For each session, 12 places are available and places must be booked beforehand. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To book a place, please email:
