Military-style training session to raise funds for breast cancer prevention

The Genesis Appeal (the UK's only charity entirely dedicated to the prevention of breast cancer) has joined forces with Civilian Military Fitness for a Keep Fit & Pink event with a difference.

Civilian Military Fitness will be holding a two-hour military style training session and everybody is invited. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals, couples, friends and colleagues to take on a fun challenge led by instructors with a military background – wearing pink tutus!!!!

Don’t worry - they are under Sergeant Judi’s strict instructions to be kind to those who are not so fit too!

Make sure you don’t miss this chance to keep fit, have fun and raise funds for the Genesis Appeal. It is only £5.00 to take part, but sponsor forms are available and your mission (should you choose to accept it!) is to raise as much as possible towards the Genesis Appeal’s vital medical research into the prevention of breast cancer.
