Introduction to the University Accommodation Service

For staff working in recruitment/admissions or dealing with student enquiries

This short one-to-one* session (lasting approximately two hours) is for staff who work in recruitment and admissions or who deal with student enquiries on a regular basis, and provides an introduction to the Accommodation Office and the service we provide.

You will be offered advice on how to deal with student accommodation enquires and whom to contact with queries, as well as gaining an insight into how the Accommodation Office is run.
